Calgary police need help finding a man who missed an appointment at the drug treatment court as part of his path to recovery.

“Jay Douglass Ross Curry, 28, worked hard to recover through our partnership with the Calgary Drug Treatment Court, but he missed a court date and we could not locate him before his next court date and we are concerned about his safety,” he said. A CPS diversion team statement Wednesday.

Curry is described as 5’8 ”and about 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Police are asking anyone who knows him or where he is to call CPS non-emergencies at 403-266-1234 or contact Crime Stoppers.

“We really want to ensure that Jay is safe and successful on his path to recovery and wants to provide every available support to get him there,” CPS said.
