Netflix has shown its first trailer of Brilliant: samurai soul starring Simu Liu from Canada.
This is actually a derivative of the 2017 action / fantasy movie anime, Shiny, starring Will Smith, Joel Edgerton and Lucy Fry.
Brilliant: samurai soul focuses on Izou (Liu), a one-eyed wandering samurai who travels with an orc and a little elf. the Shang-Chi and the legend of the ten rings star leads the English dub, while Yuki Nomura (Yakuza 6) leads the cast of Japanese voices.
The film will hit Netflix Canada on October 12.
