The RCMP in Battlefords responded to a fire in an apartment building in North Battleford.

Police say that on January 3 at approximately 1:25 a.m., the Battlefords RCMP was dispatched to a fire in an apartment building in the 1400 block of 102 Street in North Battleford.

“Upon arrival, the officers found that the building was completely engulfed in fire. North Battleford fire and emergency services, fire departments in other areas and local emergency medical services also responded, ”police said. “The residents evacuated the building and several of them were taken to the hospital with injuries. We do not have updates on their conditions. “

Police say the Battlefords RCMP is currently working to confirm the safety of all residents of the building. Police are asking those who live in this complex who have not yet spoken to the police to call 310-RCMP.
