Barcelona Marathon: affectations to traffic and public transport for this Sunday


The celebration of Zurich Barcelona Marathon on Sunday May 8 causes damage to the transport of the Catalan capital throughout the morning of Sunday. This year, in addition, a charity race is held, the ’10K BCN’which will share much of the route with the traditional testfrom 42 kilometers.

The lines affected that will be diverted or their route will be limited will be: D20, D40, D50, H6, H8, H10, H12, H14, H16, V1, V3, V5, V7, V9, V11, V13, V15, V17, V19, V21, V23, V25, V27, V29, V31, 6, 7, 11, 13, 19, 21, 22, 24, 27, 33, 34, 39, 46, 47, 52, 54, 55, 59, 62, 63, 65, 67, 78, 79, 96, 97, 104, 109, 115, 120, 121, 122, 126, 133, 136, 150, 157, 192 and Barcelona Bus Turístic (red route and blue route).

For its part, Tram will interrupt the service in the entirety of the Trambesòs T4 between the 8.15 and the 1:00 p.m.. During that time, the operator will reinforce the service of the line T6, while the rest of the tram network lines will operate with their usual timetable. Between the 13.00 and the 1:45 p.m.it is expected that the service will be recovered between the stops San Adria Station Y Gloriesand from 1:45 p.m. it is planned to restore the service of the entire line.
