Bachelor’s degree and good jobs are not enough for a better standard of living and wealth

In Mexico, 7 out of 10 inhabitants believe that they have achieved higher educational achievements than their parents had, but only 4 out of 10 think that their standard of living is better than that of their parents, according to figures from the National Self-Reported Well-being Survey of Inegi.

Mexicans also perceive higher job achievements compared to their parents, but just over half think they have fewer or similar opportunities to access heritage.
