As Charles announces his return to public duties, a look at recent events involving the royals

London, United Kingdom –

King Charles III is on his way back.

The 75-year-old British monarch will slowly return to public life after a three-month hiatus to focus on his treatment and recovery after being diagnosed with an undisclosed form of cancer.

In a nod to the help he has recently received, Charles plans a visit to a cancer treatment center on Tuesday as he cautiously returns to the monarch’s spotlight.

Although the royals are normally quite busy in the upcoming warmer months, Charles is planning a less packed summer schedule and his attendance will be determined closer to the time of each event.
