President Andrés Manuel López Obrador reported at the end of his morning conference of this Wednesday that the former Secretary of Economy, Graciela Márquez, will be his proposal to preside over the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (Inegi).
Márquez Colín, current member of the Inegi governing board, it will be AMLO’s proposal to replace Julius santaella at the head of the Institute.
The appointment has yet to be ratified by the Senate of the Republic.
