A man who allegedly fell into a stream near the St. Lawrence River in Beaumont was pulled from the water by emergency services on Monday evening.
Police, firefighters and paramedics were called shortly after 5:30 p.m. to help a person in distress.
The event occurred in the Côte des Pionniers sector.
The man was then transported to a hospital.
“We fear for his life,” says the Sûreté du Québec.
