The Mossos have arrested a 45-year-old man of Spanish nationality for the death of another man, 48 years old and also Spanish in Sant Carles de la Ràpita (Montsià, Tarragona). The events occurred at 5 am this Saturday when the Servei d’Emergències Mèdiques (SEM) was treating a man who was in a cardiorespiratory arrest, and that finally died.
