Is it possible to get an idea of the gastronomy of Mallorca (and already, of the Balearic Islands), in one day? You are right. It is difficult, because the island is very big, but not impossible. At least, if you do this ‘tour’ as mini as it is intense for a couple of restaurants, a pastry shop, an oil mill and a butcher shop, in which there will be a few wine glasses.
