Today’s weather: beautiful day with 14 degrees in southern Quebec

Even if the morning rain invites itself in several sectors of Quebec, the mercury will be on the rise in the south of the province where we expect 14 degrees on the thermometer on Tuesday.

Environment Canada predicts rain ending in the morning with clearing for the rest of the day, all under comfortable temperatures in the Outaouais, the Laurentians, Montreal and Montérégie.

In the greater Montreal area, winds becoming westerly at 20 km/h with occasional gusts to 40 km/h are to be expected in the morning, which will cause the sky to be variable with passing clouds.

In the center of the province and in Estrie, we expect practically the same scenario, but in the areas further north, intermittent snow could mix with rain with falling temperatures.

In the sectors of eastern Quebec, the weather conditions are likely to deteriorate, since the federal agency forecasts episodes of snow showers and risks of freezing rain in part of the Bas-Saint-Laurent.
