The sentence on 25% of teaching in Spanish in Catalonia is now final

The Supreme Court has not admitted the appeal that the Generalitat presented against the judgment of the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) that ordered the Government to guarantee that Spanish is the vehicular language, at least, in 25% of the subjects , so this ruling becomes final.

This has been reported in an emergency press conference by the ‘minister’ of Education, Josep Gonzàlez-Cambray, and the head of Culture, Natàlia Garriga, who have denounced “a new frontal attack by the judges on the Catalan educational system”.
