Police in London, Ontario, say one person died after a fatal shooting in the far north of the city.
Police say that around 7:55 p.m. Friday, officers were called to the Wateroak Drive and Heardcreek Trail area in the Whitehills neighborhood to receive reports of multiple shots fired.
When police arrived, they found a person with life-threatening injuries who was rushed to hospital and later succumbed to his injuries.

Authorities say several investigative branches of the London Police Service are working collaboratively on the investigation and remain in the area.
