‘Pajares & CIA’, an x-ray of Spain cañí, bizarra and yeyé

The documentary ‘Pajares & CIA‘, which portrays the Spain “cañí, bizarra y yeyé” from the 80s by the actor’s hand Andres Pajares, already has a release date and the next January 23 can be seen through the Atresmedia group payment platform, as reported in a statement.

Atresplayer Premium will offer every sunday as of that date a new delivery of your documentary series original that relives, with a modern look, the phenomenon of the 80s in Spain around the cinema and the figure of one of the most famous actors of that time, together with his indefatigable companion, Fernando Extended.

More than 30 years after the ‘boom’ that his films represented, this new documentary series addresses, with a critical look and different voices, that social and cultural revolution that would become a mass phenomenon.

‘Pajares & CIA’, a production of Atresmedia Televisión in collaboration with Producciones del Barrio, directed by Carlos Torres, will make a tour of that Spain cañí, bizarre, yeyé, mythologized by some and despised by others, but that leaves no one indifferent.

Analysts
