Montreal police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 69-year-old man who was last seen Monday afternoon in the Plateau-Mont-Royal borough.
Carlos Manuel Melo stands 1.65 meters tall (5-foot-4), has brown eyes and gray hair and communicates only in Portuguese. He was last seen wearing a beige and blue straw hat, a green shirt, dark gray sweatpants and brown leather sandals.
Police say Melo has Alzheimer’s and that they worry about his safety.
Anyone with information is being asked to contact their local police station or call 911.
