Apple has released watchOS 7 Public Beta for the first time, allowing non-developers to test its latest version of software for Apple Watch Series 3, Series 4, and Series 5.
With watchOS 7, new features include long-awaited sleep tracking, to go with new watch faces, share watch faces, plus a hand washing reminder.
It is better to install watchOS 7 on a secondary device and not your daily driver as beta software has unknown bugs and other issues.
