However, the CDI says that an investigation into Kilcher’s claim revealed that during the time of her alleged disability, she worked as an actress in yellow stonewhere she played Angela Blue Thunder for four episodes alongside Kevin Costner.

Kilcher “will vigorously defend himself and ask that he be presumed innocent both in and out of court,” Becker said.
