The NASA performs together with the Envihab Aerospace Medicine Research Center of the German Aerospace Center (DLR) a study to find out what effects the microgravity in human bodies. And, for this, he has made public an advertisement in which he is looking for volunteers for a dream ‘job’, in which the participants must do all their daily chores from bed for two months in exchange for a not inconsiderable salary of 11.000 euros.

The objective pursued by the US space agency is to continue studying the response of the human body when spending several weeks prostrate in weightless situations.

Good health

The qualities that the person must meet to be able to volunteer in this study is to be over 14 years old and under 55 years old, be in good health, not smoke, measure more than 1.53 meters and less than 1.90 and have an index of body mass between 19 and 30 kilos per square meter.

You also have to know German, since the experiment is carried out in the German city of Cologne, and be willing to travel to that town for the duration of the investigation, according to what has been said. published by the German Aerospace Center.

The people who are chosen must travel to Cologne 15 days before the experiment starts to get ready. And, after completing the study, they must remain there for another 15 days. During the study, volunteers should be 59 days bedridden that will have a six degree elevation in the area of ​​the feet so that the liquids rise to the head. Another exercise will be to pass 30 minutes in a centrifuge bed with which artificial gravity is simulated.
