(Montreal) McGill University announced Tuesday to its students and teachers that face-to-face teaching will resume this fall. As a result, they must “prepare to visit campuses more regularly by September”.
In an email sent to the community, the university indicates that this return will be made while taking advantage of “the interesting aspects of online education for certain courses”.
The University of Montreal is also announcing that its university residences “will open their doors, as usual, to all eligible first-year students who request them.”
The university recognizes, however, that there is no certainty as to the evolution of the health situation. “That said, we believe in our collective ability to deliver university programs and services that meet expectations, while continuing to ensure the safety of our community,” he said.
Details on this return are expected to follow in the coming weeks.
