A 23-year-old woman lost her life in an all-terrain vehicle accident on Saturday night in Ireland, a small municipality near Thetford Mines.
Around 10 pm, the group the woman had been traveling with realized she was no longer with them.
The group doubled back and found the woman, who had been thrown off her ATV. She was unresponsive.
Attempts to resuscitate the woman were carried out at the scene and emergency services were quickly notified.
The woman was taken to a hospital where she was declared dead.
