This Monday the first 10 sectional leaders of the National Union of Health Workersout of a total of 93, which leads Marco Antonio Garcia Ayalawho reported that the union organization adopted all the changes in the Federal Labor Law to carry out these election processes in which the leaders will be in charge for a period of 2022-2026.
Gathered at the national headquarters of the SNTSA, the formal act was carried out, after the electoral processes in ten sections, in accordance with the established calendar.
The sections that were renewed in their leadership are 3 and 4 of the Central Level, 7 and 89 Cofepris, 15 Hospital Juárez del Centro, 16 National Homeopathic Hospital, 60 Ticoman General Hospital Public Health of CDMX, 29 Morelos, 67 Yucatan and 73 Vectors Oaxaca.
The leadership renewal processes, previously established according to the corresponding electoral calendar, are notified before the Federal Court of Conciliation and Arbitration with the observation and endorsement of said labor authority, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law of Workers in the Service of the State.
During the meeting, the president of the CEN said that the process was supervised by the National Autonomous Body of the National Electoral Commission, chaired by Francisco Becerril Chimal and supervised in accordance with the statutory norm by the National Council of Honor and Justice, chaired by Mario Villalobos García and the National Surveillance Commission, chaired by Maricela Rojo Cruz
When taking the statutory protest to the recently elected General Secretaries by free, direct and secret vote, the president of the CEN of the SNTSA, made an exhortation to work in favor of the affiliates and in unity with the purpose of maintaining and improving working conditions .
