A report of an armed man on a bicycle resulted in an arrest and multiple charges on Thursday evening.

Windsor police said they responded around 6:30 pm to a call about an adult male seen riding a bicycle while wearing a gun and a knife on his belt.
The cyclist was last spotted in the 300 block of Tecumseh Road East.
Officers attended and quickly located the suspect as he traveled north on McDougall Street.
The man was arrested without incident.
In the course of the investigation, the attending officers found and seized a variety of items, including: fentanyl, a pellet-firing replica handgun, a knife, a collapsible baton, a “flashlight”-style stun gun, a slingshot, and what police describes as “several axes.”
Kevin Widdifield, 40, of Windsor, faces charges of possession of controlled substance, possession of a prohibited device, possession of a firearm while prohibited (four counts), and failure to comply with a court order.
