Around 5 a.m. Thursday, Windsor Police Service patrol officers responded to a report of theft in the 4600 block of Seminole Street.
Officers learned that a suspect had entered the store and threatened the clerk with a weapon, then grabbed some merchandise and fled on foot.
No physical injuries were reported.
The suspect is described as being approximately five feet seven inches tall. He was wearing dark clothes and gloves. On Safety images From the incident, the suspect appears to have had his face almost completely covered.

Police are asking that anyone in the area with their own video surveillance cameras review their footage for possible evidence.
