Born in Casablanca and 1979 e Agricultural engineer deformation, Othman Ktiri, the businessman from Mallorca who has given one million euros to his employees, is the founder and CEO of the automotive company Ok Mobility, based in Mallorca, dedicated to the sale and rental of cars and with a turnover of 294 million euros in 2020.
After a few beginnings as a commercial for a dealership, in 2005 he decided to take the big leap and found his own car distribution company, named Logic Auto, germ of what is today its current multinational company, with more than 450 employees and offices in seven countries.
“We have been building a disruptive and integrated business model for almost two decades -buying, renting and selling- that allows us to control the entire life cycle of the vehicle 100%, from its acquisition from manufacturers and suppliers to its commercialization and sale. And, in the middle of this process, we rent them ourselves or offer them as a subscription product“, explained last May to Mallorca newspaper.
Ktiri confesses “lucky to live in paradise, Mallorca“, the place where he founded and where he has seen his company grow. He considers his employees, to whom he gave one million euros last Friday for “historical results” of the last financial yearThe, “his great family, the one that is chosen”.
