Venezuelan state airline Conviasa will open the Santa Lucía airport with international flights

The state airline of Venezuela, Conviasaannounced that it will operate at the Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA) with a new international flight between Caracas and Mexico, starting on March 21.

The Venezuelan Consortium of Aeronautical Industries and Air Services (Conviasa), explained that initially the flight will operate on Mondays, departing from the Maiquetía “Simón Bolívar” International Airport at 10:00 a.m., returning from the new Felipe de Angeles International Airportat 4:00 p.m. the same day.

“With the opening of this destination, there would be two connections that Conviasa would offer between Venezuela and the Aztec country, since it currently makes the route to Cancun,” the company said in a statement.
