It is becoming more and more known the importance of proper nutrition for people’s health. In the days of our grandparents, eating in abundance was a sine qua non’ condition to feel healthy. Times have changed and quantity has given way to quality: nowadays being well fed is understood as eat balanced meals free of saturated fats, excessive carbohydrates and with few refined sugars. Nobody expects a good nutritionist to recommend foods that contribute to the possibility of diabetes or being overweight. we already know that refined sugar can cause problems health, such as certain types of cancer or even cardiovascular problems.
