The unemployment rate in Argentina was 7% in the first quarter of 2022, the same level as the previous quarter, while underemployment fell from 12.1% to 10%, the state statistics institute Indec reported this Thursday.

Unemployment remained unchanged and stopped its downward trend after reaching its lowest level in six years in the fourth quarter of 2021.
