TVE presents its programming for Christmas with the classics of always: Telepasión, José Mota and Campanadas

If there is a time of year when TVE shines, that is undoubtedly Christmas. The public, which is going through a strong audience crisis that is saved by small milestones, continues to be the favorite of the spectators for the most important days of the festivities. That is why the entity has wanted to present its Christmas programming in style by bringing together their main faces.

At the press conference, which YOTELE attended, all the faces that will be in charge of conducting the specials were present. “Christmas is super special for RTVE” has confessed Ana María Bordas, director of entertainment and public outreach, who assures that they have “very good specials” in the oven.

Christmas starts with the broadcast of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, with Tony Aguilar and Julia Varela at the helm and supporting Levi, the Spanish representative on the Paris stage. It will be the afternoon of Sunday 19 at La 1 when spectators can follow a festival that recovers muscle in this edition.

After this “starting gun”, on Christmas Eve ‘Telepasión’ returns with Ana Obregón and Boris Izaguirre as conductors. “The script and direction are wonderful. I have done many, but like this ‘Telepasión’ none,” says the actress, while her partner highlights “love and chemistry” with the actress, who will meet again with the audience on New Years Eve.

Also on Christmas Eve, spectators will meet again with the José Mota special. “I wanted to reflect with Dickens’s tale the misuse we make of social networks. We draw a man who is very obsessed with networks,” advances the comedian, who has preferred “that politics is not the main protagonist” of his sketches, but more like “social issues”.

“In the Campanadas we will be very aware of what people feel,” says Ana Obregón, who repeats with Anne Igartiburu from Puerta del Sol.
