Toronto Taxi Driver Dies After Shooting And Accident In East End Of City – Toronto | The Canadian News

Toronto police say a taxi driver died after a shooting in Scarborough on Sunday night.

Emergency crews were called at Pharmacy and Eglinton avenues to receive reports that a taxi driver had crashed into a fence and was not responding.

Police said they found the driver with gunshot wounds.

Paramedics rushed him to the hospital in a life-threatening condition, where he later died from his injuries.
