The Urban Guard has stopped this Friday in Barcelona to a driver who transported 14 plastic bags with more than 73 kilos of marijuana.
Agents have arrested the man in the neighborhood of Vallcarcaafter he had committed a traffic violation.
The strong smell coming from inside the vehicle alerted them and they found the bags with the narcotic substances.
