a teacher of a college Palma de Mallorca, a 23-year-old Spaniard, has been stopped by the National Police for having sex with his 14-year-old students. Two other friends of the teacher, a Bolivian and a Colombian, aged 19 and 23, have also been arrested for the same reasons. Meanwhile, a fourth implicated remains under investigation for these same events.
The teacher of the Palmesan school had already been set aside of the same when having evidence of the alleged sexual abuse of a student. However, the teacher had continued to have sex with one of his former students, while his friends also had sex with other students, her friends.
In the past school year, the teacher would have been caught doing touching the breasts to one of his students. The school decided kick it out, although the official cause was not having respected the safety distance of the covid of one of the students.
When the teacher had already been completely removed from the school, he continued to have sexual relations with one of his former students. In fact, he had conversations with her through WhatsApp and through social networks. These talks resulted in various sexual encounters with the minor in her own home.
Upon meeting his former student, the teacher came accompanied by three of his friends. While the student appeared with other friends of hers, all of them adolescents between the ages of 13 and 14, classmates from the same center.

Apparently the sexual encounters of the professor and his friends with the adolescent students would have started since the end of last year and last summer and would have lasted until a few weeks ago. Most of these sexual dates would have been kept at the teacher’s home.
After learning about these events, investigators from the Family and Women Unit (Ufam) of the National Police conducted the investigations to find out the extent of what happened. After determining that the teacher and three other young people have had sexual relations with children under 16 years of age, specifically between 13 and 14 years old, three of them have been arrested and one investigated for alleged sexual abuse of children under 16 years of age.
