The trials before the TFJA reach a value of 815 thousand pesos

The value of the lawsuits processed before the Federal Court of Administrative Justice between November 2020 and October 2021 had an estimated value of 815 thousand 560 million pesos, which is equivalent to 3.13% of GDP in Mexico corresponding to the third quarter of 2021. This was reported by the President of that body, Magistrate Rafael Anzures Uribe, when giving his second report of activities before the General Plenary of the TFJA and the presidents of the Regional Chambers.

Anzures Uribe said that during the aforementioned period the TFJA exceeded the activity it had registered before the Covid-19 pandemic, by admitting 168,398 lawsuits and issuing 174,922 final and low sentences, of which only 7,520 were revoked. for challenges presented before courts of the Judicial Power.

He also reported that during this year the Online Trial version 2.0 was able to work in 55 regional rooms throughout the country, so there are already almost 10,000 registered users who have filed 5,000 lawsuits for a value of 29,928 million of pesos.

Therefore, he thanked the TFJA magistrates, as well as his collaborators, for the dedication and commitment made to exceed the goals in various objectives of the annual work program.

In other relevant aspects of the second year of his administration, Anzures Uribe said that the Senate of the Republic ratified 19 magistrates of regional chambers, three magistrates and magistrates of the Superior Chamber, and in the Plenary of the TFJA the statute of the Commission was approved for Gender Equality.

Likewise, on this date the remodeled installation of the Office of Parties was inaugurated, which will provide better care and comfort to the defendants who come to deposit their claims through the traditional method.
