He referred that the new event is planned in a context where the tourist offer and infrastructure of the capital has expanded, as an example, he highlighted the new Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA).

In the framework of 46th edition of the Tourist Tianguis in Acapulco, Sheinbaum Pardo pointed out the participation of women in the development of tourism policies and actions.
During her speech at the forum “Women’s participation in the Tourist Tianguis”, she stressed that it is essential that development be brought to all communities through tourism, with the aim that women have full rights.
“Tourism also has to do with giving opportunities to communities and that is where women are,” she added.
