These gangs emerged in that period and were even tolerated by neoliberal governments,” he responded this Thursday morning at his usual morning press conference at the National Palace, when a New York journalist asked him if he recognizes that his government is failing to establish conditions for the journalistic exercise.
And he invited the communicator to attend the press conference next Thursday, when his government will report in detail on the investigations into the murders of journalists during his term.
