The Mercat suspends a performance of a Jan Martens show due to covid


The positive in covid-19 of the Belgian choreographer and dancer Jan Martens has forced to suspend the performance of the show ‘Elisabeth gets her way’ scheduled for Thursday, March 17 at the Mercat de les Flors, within the Quinsena de Dansa Metropolitana. The news of the diagnosis, and the consequent cancellation, has come just a few hours after Martens danced on Wednesday night in the Pina Bausch room of the Mercat this solo with music by the Polish harpsichordist Elisabeth Chojnacka.
