one. ‘The time traveler’s wife’: a new, more faithful adaptation

Following the 2009 film version, Audrey Niffenegger’s cult novel, Exploration of Henry’s Dramas (Theo James), carrier of a genetic anomaly that leads him to travel through time, and his long-suffering wife (Rose Leslie), now comes to the screen as a miniseries. Your Creator, Steven Moffatis a fatal fan of the book (under its influence he wrote the chapter ‘The girl in the chimney’ of ‘Dr. Who’) and has promised a fairly exhaustive adaptation. two. ‘Patricio is the star’: a simply hallucinogenic ‘spin-off’
Finally we get this ‘spin-off’ of ‘SpongeBob’ starring the starfish Patrick (in a teenage version). Every day, without leaving his room, a television program is scheduled in which he reviews situations in his life through different formats. Julián García speaks in these pages of “untamed visual and narrative imagination” and “pure frenetic ‘slapstick’ capable, at times, of turning ‘SpongeBob’ into naturalistic fiction”. 3. ‘Now & then’: the first Spanish series on Apple TV+
There are transnational projects and then there’s ‘Now & Then’, a two-stroke ‘thriller’ co-produced between Spain and the United States, directed by the Israeli Gideon Raff (creator of the series that inspired ‘Homeland’) and with the Slovenian Zeljko Ivanek as one of the hooks of his cast (others: Maribel Verdú, Rosie Perez, etc.). In Bambú Producciones ”The cable girls”) they have done the rest to live up to what is expected of an Apple TV + series in 2022. From Friday, the 20th.
