The MNA for Champlain and President of the Treasury Board, Sonia LeBel, was declared positive for COVID-19 on Monday morning.
“I experienced mild COVID-19-like symptoms this morning. I tested myself this morning and my test came back positive,” M wrote.me LeBel on his Twitter account.
The CAQ member added that she was in isolation in accordance with public health guidelines.
Mme Lebel joins the list of many Quebec elected officials who have tested positive for the virus in recent weeks, including the Coalition Avenir Québec.
