The former ‘East Los High’ star – who is also survived by her young sons Liam and Emrys – is said to have continued “fighting” until her last moments and her widower paid tribute to an “amazing wife, mother artist and friend.”

He added: “Jossara was an amazing wife, mother, artist, and friend. She had the most beautiful, kind soul and she would not take no for an answer. Even in her last moments of her, she was still fighting.

Bogado added that Jossara – who most recently filmed a role in upcoming comedy ’10 Tricks’ – is “now resting” and that he and their two sons will “miss her so deeply” as he explained that more details of a memorial service will come soon.

He wrote: “She is now resting in peace and will be remembered forever. Myself, Liam, and Emrys will miss her so deeply, although we know she is in our hearts and guiding us every step of the way. A public memorial service will be held in the Bay Area. More details will come soon.”
