The OPP in Leeds says no charges will be brought in connection with the death of a woman on a highway in eastern Ontario on Wednesday.
The incident occurred shortly after 3 p.m. at 1000 Islands Parkway.
Police say a passenger had fallen out of a moving vehicle – an OPP spokesperson told Global News it was a van. The victim was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The deceased was identified as Brenna O’Conner, 39, of Smiths Falls, Ontario.
Collision investigators investigated the incident, but said no charges will be filed.
