La Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN) returns this March to modify the question that is realized in the public consultation of the President’s mandate revocation Andrés Manuel López Obradorand as originally edited by the Congress of the Union.
The Minister Jorge Mario Pardo Rebolledo presented in full his draft bill that contemplated declaring the invalidity and unconstitutionality of the question originally planted in the Federal Mandate for the Revocation of Mandate.
It is argued that the Constitution does not state that there is a question about the “ratification” of mandate and that the answer should be “only” or “no”.
Without embargo, the project does not oblige the qualified mayor in the vote and is determined to ask the question and how it works:
Are you in agreement that Andrés Manuel López ObradorPresident of the United States of Mexico, is the mandate revoked to ensure the victory of the siga in the Presidency of the Republic has ended its term?
Minister Pardo Rebolledo proposes that in the following manner: “Are you in agreement that Andrés Manuel López Obrador, President of the United States of Mexico, revokes the mandate to lose the trust?”.
