Citibanamex confirmed that the first approaches are already taking place with those interested in the purchase of the Mexican subsidiary of the American bank Citigroup.
In videoconference on the occasion of the presentation of results for the first quarter of 2022, Manuel Romogeneral director of Citibanamex, reiterated that there has been great interest, now that the “data room” has been opened, both from nationals and foreigners, from banks and non-banks.
However, he specified that this stage is confidentialso it will not be possible to offer more details of the process.
