The recitals that Dàmaris Gelabert they had to star in Sabadell (Vallès Occidental) within the program of Christmas is postponed for later. This has been decided for prevention by the Vallesana cocapital consistory, given the current health situation and data on the evolution of the pandemic.
The concerts were to be held in the Northern Pavilion, a closed space where should have reduced capacity and, therefore, the localities that were already granted to citizenship. The tickets, all free, had been made available to the residents of Sabadell and were all sold out. To this must be added the fact that, due to the type of performance, many of the children attending, due to a question of age, would not wear a mask or have been vaccinated.
The concerts will be rescheduled for a new date, taking into account the health situation and in accordance with the artist and her band’s agenda.
More security measures for the Three Kings Parade
On the other hand, the municipal government has announced its willingness to keep the parade of kings. This is taken taking into account that it is an event in the open air and that the Procicat maintains, for the moment, the authorization to do it.
However, the City Council will reinforce security measures: along the route, information will be given to remember that it is necessary to maintain a safe distance, as well as to wear a mask, also for young children, as far as possible. In addition there will be a police car that will pass previously to recall the measures over the public address system.
The day December 27, the local government will re-analyze the situation in case it is necessary to make new decisions based on the epidemiological situation and the Procicat indications. If necessary, the council considers recover the static ride in the fair space, like last year.
