Russia will continue the peace negotiations with Ukraine, assured on Monday the head of Russian diplomacy, Sergey Lavrov, but accused Kyiv of “pretending” to carry them out, and warned of the “real” danger of a Third World War.
“Goodwill has limits. And if it is not reciprocal, it does not contribute to the negotiation process,” he declared.
