Rohit Communities is the latest to join the pack of builders in the University District with a mix of stacked condos and townhomes called Dean’s Landing.

The builder has multifamily projects in Carrington and Sage Hill in Calgary’s northwest quadrant, Savanna in the northeast, Seton in the southeast, and will soon begin construction in Currie in the southwest.
