Rogers Board Chairman Edward Rogers Meets As Infighting Continues | The Canadian News

The fight for control of Rogers Communications Inc. continues today after a meeting Sunday night that included ousted President Edward Rogers and five carefully chosen new board members.

Edward Rogers’ group says he was elected president at that meeting and plans to take his case to the British Columbia Supreme Court for upholding.

Martha Rogers, who is also on the board, has repeatedly targeted her brother on Twitter, describing their Sunday meeting as a “mock ‘board meeting.’
