Why do I feel like we are pampering people who refuse to get vaccinated?

Why do we cancel or postpone surgeries because so many unvaccinated people who have contracted COVID 19 use hospital beds and ICUs?

I feel like the unvaccinated should be at the end of the line or stay home.

You have to show proof of vaccination in many places now or you will be denied entry. Why should a hospital be different and accept people without vaccines?

I think there is something wrong with prioritizing people who refuse to help themselves and put everyone else at risk.
