Recently, while walking past the Vietnam Monument on the riverbank, I was horrified by the pile of smelly, ugly geese that littered the pavement.
The city of Windsor should be embarrassed by the presence of such an offensive attack on our senses, especially when we welcome guests.
Annually, hundreds of guests arrive in front of the Vietnam Monument.
These guests deserve more than having to dance, take two steps, and walk through excrement.
