I received a $38 ticket recently because I had not moved my parked car to the other side of the street quickly enough on the first day of the month.

I spoke with 311 about the ticket. Their advice was for me to move the car the night before after 10 pm

For 23 years I’ve worked steady afternoons. I get up around 11 am I am certainly not the only one in this city.

Is this city that desperate for money that they cannot give residents a break?

I want residents to be aware. Make sure to set your alarms or else.
