PRI expels Claudia Pavlovich


Claudia Pavlovich, former governor of Sonora and current Mexican consul in Barcelona, ​​was expelled from the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI).

The National Commission of Partisan Justice of the National Executive Committee of the PRI notified the PRI Board of Directors of Sonora of its decision to expel Pavlovich for having decided to form part of the government of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador.

“After the records that appear in the records and which were already detailed in the ruling of the present case, it is noted that the evidence offered was suitable and sufficient to determine the loss of militancy founded.”

The Sonoran was a councilor of the City Council of Hermosillo, local deputy, senator and governor, a position that ended in September of last year.
