Police recover stolen vehicle, seize drugs in east Windsor

A Windsor man faces numerous criminal charges following the seizure of a stolen vehicle and more than $35,000 in illicit drugs last week.

At about 5:30 pm on Wednesday, patrol officers with the Windsor Police Service spotted a newer-model Honda SUV in the 1000 block of Buckingham while conducting an investigation and discovered it had been reported stolen from London three days prior.

Police obtained surveillance images and identified a suspect, who they arrested at 9 am the next day in the 3000 block of Meadowbrook Lane.

The suspect was in possession of a large quantity of crystal methamphetamine, cocaine, hydromorphone tablets, as well as blue, green, and pink fentanyl.

Kristopher Lucier, 36, is charged with possession of stolen property valued at over $5,000, two counts of possessing identity documents belonging to someone else, six counts of drug possession for the purpose of trafficking, and breaching probation.
